The Honorary Consulate of Romania to Connecticut recommends the online event Dream in a Suitcase: The Story of an Immigrant Life, a conversation with writer Domnica Radulescu on her most recent memoir. Writers Roxana Cazan and Alina Stefanescu are the event’s special guests, who will also share their own stories of exile, uprootedness and resilience.
The event, taking place on February 5th at 7 PM (ET) is organized by ARCS (American Romanian Cultural Society) in partnership with Immigration Research Forum, Arizona American-Romanian Cultural Collaborative (ARCC), Bucharest Inside the Beltway, Romanians of DC, ARCHER, and Romanian United Fund, with the support of the Romanian Cultural Institute in NY/USA.
