The Romanian General Consulate in New York will visit Connecticut between 1 and 3 March 2024 to provide its assistance and services to Romanian citizens residing in the area. The team will meet with the Connecticut residents to provide assistance to anyone who will schedule their request on the www.econsulat.ro platform and then send an email at newyork.consul@mae.ro until November 6th 2022, to indicate their name, personal identification number, the specific required service, and the phone number where they can be reached for clarifications, scheduling or other indications.

Important: In order to apply for a consular service, each interested person must have created an account on www.econsulat.ro.
After registering the application and generating the application code in the form PE1234567, the user is requested to send an e-mail to the following e-mail address newyork.itinerant@mae.ro, indicating in particular the following:
➡️ the subject of the message sent (this will be the application number in the form PE12345, previously registered on the portal www.econsulat.ro);
➡️ name and surname;
➡️ your personal number;
➡️ the desired consular service corresponding to the application number registered on the portal;
➡️ the mobile phone number where they can be contacted for clarification and to provide appointment details;
➡️ other information that can be used to process the application.
THE DEADLINE FOR SUBMITTING APPLICATIONS IS 26 FEBRUARY 2024.
