2024 Romanian elections

We are inviting all members of our community that can exercise their voting right to take part in the 2024 Romanian Elections. All Romanian citizens living abroad can vote, on the basis of a valid identity document. Only those domiciled/resident abroad may vote in parliamentary elections, on the basis of a valid identity document and proof of domicile/residence. Acceptable identity documents: identity card (including electronic or provisional), identity booklet (buletin), simple passport (including electronic and temporary), service or diplomatic passport.

The Consulate General of Romania in New York organizes eight polling stations in its constituency to facilitate participation in the Presidential and Parliamentary Elections.

You can vote at the following polling stations:
1. 916: Consulate General of Romania - 200 E 38th St, NY (entrance on 3rd Ave)
2. 917: Romanian Cultural Institute - 200 E 38th St, NY (entrance on 38th St)
3. 918: Queens, NY- 90-34 139 St, Jamaica, NY
4. 919: Long Valley, NJ - 132 Califon Rd, Suite A
5. 920: Reading, PA - 51 West Lawn Ave, West Lawn
6. 921: Shelton, CT - 183 Howe Ave
7. 922: Boston, MA - Four Points by Sheraton Wakefield Wakefield Boston,1 Audubon Road, Wakefield
8. 923: Victor, NY - 56 Andrews St, Victor


Presidential Election Schedule:
- First Round: November 22 (12:00-9:00 pm) and November 23-24 (7:00-9:00 pm)
- Second round: December 6 (12:00-19:00) and December 7-8 (07:00-9:00 pm)

Parliamentary Elections Calendar:
- November 30 and December 1, between 07:00 - 21:00
